AgriNovus Indiana is focused on advancing the agbiosciences sector as a nationally recognized leader in the development of new, innovative products and services. Specifically, AgriNovus Indiana will focus on the creation and support of new companies as well as branding and targeted promotions to elevate the sector through four Innovation Councils – one focused on each of the four identified sectors of economic activity. The four key areas are Plant Sciences, Animal Health and Nutrition, Human Food and Nutrition, and High Tech Agriculture.
The mission of the Innovation Councils is:
AgriNovus Indiana will facilitate unique and intentional multi-disciplinary opportunities for key agbioscience sectors. The four Innovation Councils are an assembly of Board representatives, Council members and special guests in forums for networking, sharing of ideas, identification of innovation opportunities, and development of action plans as appropriate to advance the agbiosciences industry for the state and region.
