Big Data, Safe Food Conference 2020
A CONFERENCE AT PURDUE UNIVERSITY
What do we mean when we talk about big data as it relates to food safety? This first of its kind conference will fill two days with experts from industry, government, and academia to explore this topic, and to develop a roadmap on how big data can be used to improve food safety. More importantly, we will discuss how “Big Data” can help predict, track, trace and tag product to prevent contaminated food from entering the food supply chain, leading to economic losses and foodborne diseases.
Join us on May 11-12, 2020 at Purdue University as we take giant leaps into this new area of discovery!
